Job Summary:As a YouTube Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines. This role requires a keen understanding of online behavior, impeccable judgment, and a commitment to upholding YouTube standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content (videos, comments, live streams) for compliance with YouTube policies and guidelines.
- Review flagged content and make decisions on appropriateness based on established criteria.
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns regarding content moderation.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate teams for further review.
- Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and decisions.
