Criteria

Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing tasks, and priorities in multiple studios
A minimum of one year experience in carpentry, fabrication, photo studio, or related experience
Knowledge in architecture/design/art/fabrication training is a plus
Ability to read and interpret building diagrams and plans, or desire to learn
Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and escalate as needed to efficiently maintain daily tasks and priorities.
Proficient in the safe operation and maintenance of fabrications and paint shop, or desire to learn
Possess a sense of urgency focused on details, accuracy, and efficiency
Excellent communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 lbs; heavier structures with team assist
Thrives working both independently and within a collaborative group setting
Excellent communications skills regarding reading, written and verbal language (English) to effectively work with team members and cross-functioning teams
Weekly evening availability and occasional weekend availability
Ability to perform work onsite in the Richmond office full-time pending state, local, and Company return-to-work guidance during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
