About the Role:
Join Walmart’s dynamic online team as a Remote Customer Service Representative! You will be the first point of contact for Walmart’s online shoppers, offering exceptional support and ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience. You’ll handle a variety of inquiries through phone, email, and chat, always aiming to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
- Address customer concerns regarding orders, payments, returns, and product information
- Provide accurate and timely information about Walmart’s products and services
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Uphold Walmart’s high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Reliable internet connection and quiet, dedicated workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce or retail customer service
- Familiarity with Walmart’s products and services
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) a plus
- Experience with CRM software and customer support tools
