Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
- Maintain records of tickets, user issues, ID Admin & IT Admin both tasks, Monthly Auditing and resolutions in the system.
- Prepare and maintain necessary paperwork for user requests, forms, Service request & backlogs and reports.
- Maintain and update form templates and track submission deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of ticketing systems and documentation management.
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC in IT relevant discipline
- Knowledge of Desk Bound job would be added advantage.
- Strong problem solving and system troubleshooting skills
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Office.
