Software Engineer (Entry-level/Fresher)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of software applications.
• Coding and Testing: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, and participate in code reviews and testing procedures.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation for software projects.
• Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve software defects and issues.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to contribute to the company technological growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.

Experience

• Fresh Graduates: This position is ideal for recent graduates with minimal or no professional experience in software development.
• Internships/Projects: Any relevant internships, academic projects, or freelance experience will be considered an advantage.

Software Engineer (Entry-level/Fresher)

Working Hours

• Full-Time Position: Standard working hours are 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Flexibility: Occasional flexibility may be required based on project deadlines and client needs.
