Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives to deliver complex projects and programs critical to Amazon strategic objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders across various teams to define requirements, manage schedules, and drive deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of technical programs and projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules, including resource allocation and budgeting.
• Track project milestones and deliverables, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues and risks affecting project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
• Manage and mitigate dependencies between teams and programs.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Master degree preferred.
• Proven experience (8+ years) as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
