Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with Amazon business goals and operational needs.
  • Oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and efficiency across the supply chain.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, ensuring service levels and quality standards are met.

  • Address and resolve supply chain disruptions and issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal impact on operations.

Senior Supply Chain Manager

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or Master) is preferred.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in supply chain management or a related field, with a strong background in logistics, inventory management, and procurement.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA).

Experience:
