HK Consultancy is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Human Resource Generalist to join our dynamic team remotely. As a Senior HR Generalist, you will play a key role in overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives to support our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate performance management processes and support employee development initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
  • Contribute to HR projects such as compensation reviews, organizational restructuring, and culture initiatives.

Senior Human Resource Generalist (Remote)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Master degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with at least 5 years in progressively responsible HR positions.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Working Hours:This is a full-time remote position. Normal business hours apply, with flexibility required based on business needs.
