We are seeking a skilled QuickBooks Accountant to assist with a comprehensive clean-up project of our QuickBooks Enterprise software.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QuickBooks Enterprise and be able to efficiently identify and resolve data inconsistencies, errors, and inefficiencies.
Once the clean up project is complete, we will be migrating Quickbooks from a hosted enterprise environment to quickbooks online.
Responsibilities:
Conduct a thorough review of our QuickBooks Enterprise data to identify and address errors, inconsistencies, and outdated information.
Implement best practices and recommendations to optimize QuickBooks Enterprise performance and accuracy.
Assist in the transition from QuickBooks Enterprise to QuickBooks Online, ensuring a smooth and seamless transfer of data.
Perform monthly reconciliations and financial reporting as needed.
Provide ongoing support and training to our team on QuickBooks best practices.
