The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction, from initial planning to project completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.
  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.
