Operation Support Specialist

Our client works with established refinery partners to manufacture their products locally to supply the market via rail car, tanker truck, and packages.

We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our client’s operations department. As the Operation Support Specialist, you will work closely with Sales Managers and outside vendors while providing excellent customer service. This is a permanent full-time position.

Responsibilities:

– Actively advise major customers regarding their questions or concerns by communicating effectively with related Sales Managers
– Regularly communicate with all outside vendors
– Provide daily support to ensure efficient operation procedures

Qualifications:

Education – Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Experience –

– Minimum 2 years’ experience managing customer accounts
– Experience working directly with sales managers on behalf of clients/customers/vendors etc.

Skills –

Excellent communication skills both written & verbal; ability to multi-task efficiently; strong organizational abilities.
