AB Moving Services. is a family owned, full service moving and storage company located in California and Hawaii. We are looking for friendly and responsible candidates with a great work ethic, motivation to book jobs, people oriented, and a desire to learn and grow with our well-established company that has been in business for 5+ year in Los Angeles County. This is a full time work position from office located at North Hollywood, CA Monday-Friday but will require some evenings and weekends as needed.

**You need to be VERY GOOD with a computer, typing while talking on the phone using a headset, (no handwritten notes) and you like to TALK ON THE PHONE!**

Qualifications:

  • Customer service & sales experience a plus- we will train
  • Professional phone etiquette – answering phones with a positive attitude
  • Warm calls to previous customers and follow-ups to customers with pending inquiries. No cold calling
  • Excellent communication skills/proficient spelling and grammar
  • Experience with computers, Google Docs, calendar, email, and basic spreadsheet/excel
  • Able to multitask and prioritize
  • Goal driven- this is a competitive industry!
  • Accountable & coachable – ability to learn from mistakes and work towards being the best at what you do

Job Description:

Identify client needs and guide them to a solution using our phone script.

Ability to follow processes and procedures. This job requires someone who is detail oriented.

We are a small company so we do not offer any health benefits. We do offer paid sick leave after the 90 day probation period. We are flexible with needing time off if needed.

PAY: minimum hourly wages plus commission based PLUS EXTRA EARNING POTENTIAL!!! Will discuss at the interview.

Full time Monday thru Friday hours 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
