Lead Technical Program Manager, Data Center Systems and Architecture

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management or driving programs.
  • 5 years of experience in leadership role with/without direct reports.
  • Experience leading projects through the Software Development Life-cycle (SDLC), system integration, or system infrastructure.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience developing business strategy translated into execution roadmaps.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Lead Technical Program Manager, Data Center Systems and Architecture

Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategy and execution of systems roadmaps, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines with agility and resilience.
  • Partner with customers, and build relationships across cross-functional teams, supporting collaboration and trust for effective decision-making, work with internal and external development teams to drive work delivery, resource allocation, and manage related budgets.
  • Manage programs across business stakeholders and staff/prioritize work to ensure deliveries align to long-term strategic roadmaps as well as short-term tactical requirements.
  • Increase portfolio of integrated products, systems, process and data solutions, report on program deployments status, and manage escalations across teams to meet program timelines.
  • Streamline processes, simplify execution, manage top programs and OKRs, and bring efficiencies to help team in execution, report on program deployments status and manage escalations across teams to meet program timelines
