Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary:As the HR Manager at HK Consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of human resources operations for our clients. You will be responsible for managing recruitment efforts, administering payroll and benefits, and promoting a positive workplace culture. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to implement effective HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Administer payroll and benefits programs accurately and in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Implement and manage performance management systems to enhance employee performance and development.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Nurture a positive working environment and promote company culture through communication and HR initiatives.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflicts resolution.
