Human Resources Generalist

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including employee evaluations and development plans.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and company policies.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, prepare HR reports, and handle HR-related inquiries.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Occasional overtime may be required
