Human Resources Generalist
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including employee evaluations and development plans.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and company policies.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, prepare HR reports, and handle HR-related inquiries.
- Training and Development: Coordinate and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
Human Resources Generalist
Experience
- Proven experience in managing various HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.
- Previous experience in a consultancy or professional services firm is preferred.
Working Hours
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Occasional overtime may be required
