Position Title:Human Resources Assistant

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic team. The HR Assistant will support daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes, and relevant documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes such as job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases (e.g., new hires, terminations, leaves of absence).
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Support in administering employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Assist in organizing HR projects and initiatives (e.g., employee engagement surveys, training programs).
  • Handle inquiries from employees and external partners and provide necessary HR-related information.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
