HK Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, driving HR initiatives that align with business goals and promoting a high-performance culture. You will serve as a key member of our HR team, providing expert advice and support on all HR matters to ensure the effective and efficient operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide HR expertise in the areas of employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and development.
  • Collaborate with the management team to assess and anticipate HR-related needs and deliver value-added services.
  • Facilitate effective communication and ensure that all HR policies and procedures are adhered to consistently.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations as needed.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Oversee talent management processes including succession planning, career development, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on various HR-related topics.

HR Business Partner

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive change within an organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position.
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard hours as needed.
