HR & Admin Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Management:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Onboard new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation and training are completed.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management systems.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring the office is well-stocked and operational.
- Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain a clean and safe office environment, liaising with facility management as necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure HR processes are compliant with internal and external regulations.
HR & Admin Executive
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Experience with recruitment, employee onboarding, and payroll management.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
HR & Admin Executive
Working Hours:
- Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Some flexibility may be required to accommodate company events or urgent tasks.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
