Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Management:
    • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
    • Onboard new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation and training are completed.
    • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management systems.
    • Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring the office is well-stocked and operational.
    • Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    • Maintain a clean and safe office environment, liaising with facility management as necessary.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Compliance and Policy Implementation:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Conduct periodic audits to ensure HR processes are compliant with internal and external regulations.

HR & Admin Executive

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Experience with recruitment, employee onboarding, and payroll management.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.

HR & Admin Executive

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Some flexibility may be required to accommodate company events or urgent tasks.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
