Are you ready to become the go-to person for customers needing assistance online? We’re searching for diligent Live Chat Assistants to handle customer inquiries efficiently and helpfully. You’ll act as the first point of contact, managing chat requests and emails to ensure top-tier service to both external customers and internal members.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Provide immediate response to live chat and email inquiries.
Deliver clear and accurate information to fulfill customer/member requests.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Skills/Background Needed:

Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Ability to work independently and adhere to guidelines.
Minimum of 10+ hours availability per week.
Reliable internet connection.

Hours Per Week: 10 – 40 hours a week.
