  1. Process and fulfill online orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure product availability for online customers.
  3. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns related to online orders in a professional and timely manner.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns with a positive and helpful attitude.
  5. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure all online orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
  6. Keep track of incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery and minimize errors.
  7. Assist in creating and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures for online order processing.
  9. Complete administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping.
  10. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and changes in company policies and procedures.
  11. Adhere to safety and security protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a smooth workflow.
