Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with valid licensure and certification to practice in the UK.
• Proven experience in community nursing or a similar role, preferably within a district nursing setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build rapport and establish trusting relationships with patients and their families.
