Position: Customer Service Representative (Remote)
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional assistance to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless travel experience.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Booking and Reservations: Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations while adhering to Delta policies and procedures.
Technical Proficiency: Utilize relevant software and systems to navigate customer information, flight details, and resolve technical issues.
Required Skills:
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service with a keen understanding of customer needs and expectations.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a remote work environment, changing business needs, and evolving industry trends.
Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and implement effective solutions.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable using various software applications and technology platforms relevant to the role.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in the airline industry.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
Remote work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
