Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Clerk / Operator to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting data from various sources into the company database accurately and efficiently.
- Ensuring data integrity by identifying discrepancies, missing information, or errors.
- Managing and organizing data files and documents as needed.
- Performing regular data backups to ensure information preservation.
- Assisting with data validation and cleaning tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position.
- Proficiency in data entry and management software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or relevant field are a plus.
