Job Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Address customer inquiries regarding prescriptions, insurance coverage, product information, and general healthcare-related questions.
- Process orders, refill requests, and medication transfers accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with pharmacy teams and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Educate customers on available services, programs, and resources to meet their healthcare needs.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and privacy standards.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to document interactions and track customer feedback.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets.

Requirements:
