Customer Support Specialist – Fully Remote (IT Office)
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve timely resolution and exceed service expectations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate information or guidance to resolve customer concerns.

- Continuously strive to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on empathy and active listening.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and navigate various software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving customer needs.
