Customer Service/Admin Assistant- Up to $3000 + AWS | CENTRAL ID-11065

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaising and co-coordinating with customers on sales orders and enquiries
  • Invoicing, P/O and D/O, purchasing / receiving
  • Order processing
  • Administration duties
  • Supply chain management duties (back up)

 

Requirements:

  • ITE/Diploma holder with 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Possess good customer service & communication skills
  • PC literate: MS Office Applications-Excel , Words, PowerPoint and Adobe, ERP systems
  • Self-motivated, a team player and can work independently.
  •  Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
