Customer Returns Associate - Flexible Hours

As a Customer Returns Associate, you will deliver exceptional service with a friendly attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, along with processing returns and preparing items for delivery.
Provide assistance by addressing customer inquiries effectively.
Resolve customer challenges through thoughtful problem-solving.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Oversee responsibilities at your assigned Locker+ location, including opening and closing procedures.
Utilize technology like smartphones and handheld devices for sorting, scanning, and preparing orders.
Manage truck deliveries efficiently.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
Capable of standing and walking for shifts lasting up to five hours.
Utilize carts, dollies, and other equipment to move items.
Ascend and descend stairs, if applicable.

Schedule Flexibility: Work part-time hours between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with varying schedules week-to-week.
