Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
- Provide support to the External Fulfillment network, assisting in the coordination of daily operations.
- Analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and recommendations for process enhancements.
- Monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators to ensure the fulfillment center operational excellence.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
