HR Service Jobs is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Apprentice Linemen/Electric Journeyman Linemen. This role is integral to our mission of providing reliable and efficient electrical services. The successful candidates will work under the supervision of experienced linemen to install, maintain, and repair electrical power systems and related equipment. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical power systems, including overhead and underground lines.
• Perform routine inspections of electrical lines and equipment to identify potential issues.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in electrical line work.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Respond to emergency situations, such as power outages, and work to restore service promptly.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enrollment in or completion of an accredited apprenticeship program.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent physical stamina and the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver license and a clean driving record.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience:

• Prior experience in electrical work or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with electrical tools and equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to electrical line work.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required during emergencies or high-demand periods.
• On-call availability for emergency response.
