- Assess and resolve issues related to Apple Developer Accounts, including but not limited to provisioning profiles, certificates, and app-specific issues.
- Provide guidance and support for navigating Apple’s policies and resolving any compliance issues that may affect app deployment.
- Assist in managing and troubleshooting App Store Connect issues, ensuring all account details are accurate and compliant with Apple’s requirements.
- Work closely with our development team to understand technical challenges and provide solutions that align with Apple’s guidelines.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline the app submission and review process, minimizing delays related to account problems.
- Prepare and maintain documentation on account management practices and resolutions to common issues.
- Train key personnel in account management and compliance practices to prevent future issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Apple’s App Store deployment and account management.
- Strong understanding of Apple’s development software, guidelines, and the legal and regulatory environment affecting app deployment
