Analyst / Relationship Developer – Student Onboarding

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of student onboarding processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with students from initial contact through to integration into programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding procedures and enhance student experience.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on student onboarding metrics and outcomes.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting orientation sessions for new students.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management or student services.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational or corporate environment.
