Job Summary: As a Virtual Assistant for American Express, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to American Express cardholders. This remote role involves handling a variety of customer inquiries, solving problems, and providing information regarding American Express products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
