We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join Aetna remote team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with CRM systems.

Experience:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time remote position. Flexible hours may be required to accommodate customer needs, including evenings and weekends.
