Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative assistance to four attorneys.
- Financial Tasks: Handle check printing and make daily deposits.
- Education Tracking: Log licenses, CLE credits, and track continued educational training.
- Calendar Management: Maintain calendars, manage conference room availability, and book occasional travel arrangements.
- Billing: Assist with billing client hours using TABS.
- Office Supplies: Order and manage office supplies to ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Reporting and Projects: Utilize Adobe Pro and Microsoft Excel for various reporting and project-oriented tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary are a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Pro.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.

Working Hours
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

- Administrative Expertise: Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of office software, including Excel and Adobe Pro.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
