Administration Executive Fresher Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize company documentation, both physical and digital
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Provide general support to visitors and respond to inquiries
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
