Customer Service Representative (Cigna remote job)
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate information.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns efficiently and effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or virtual setting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems, and various digital communication tools.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in documenting and processing customer information.
Experience
- Proven track record in customer service with a focus on providing exceptional client support.
- Experience working in a remote environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with healthcare or insurance industries is a plus.
