Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Administration Manager to join our team at HR Service Jobs. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our healthcare facilities, overseeing daily administrative tasks, and managing healthcare staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of healthcare regulations, and the ability to implement policies that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for regulatory compliance and organizational review.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure collaborative and cohesive operations.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints from patients or staff in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay updated with the latest healthcare trends, regulations, and technologies to ensure the organization remains compliant and competitive.
Healthcare Nursing, Healthcare Administration
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial plans.
