Job Description:

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving customer complaints, and improving the overall customer experience.

 

You will also be required to analyze data, use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues, and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

  • High School or equivalent diploma
  • Previous experience in Customer Service
  • Ability to work in a warehouse production environment where noise level and temperatures vary
