Learning Consultant ID-7668

As a learning consultant dedicated to our Personal Lines (PL), Commercial Lines (CL) and Enterprise-wide analysts, you’ll enhance the team’s product and marketing knowledge, job skills, and competency development. You’ll partner with business leaders, business sponsors, and subject matter experts to perform analysis, design, and ensure the execution of learning strategies. In this role, you’ll recommend, coordinate, monitor, and maintain all facets of learning solution content, online performance support for business areas, and learning measurement strategy. Additionally, you’ll ensure the learning material, methodology and modality are current, relevant, and of high quality while producing the intended training and business outcomes.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of three years’ of relevant work experience in a professional setting, property casualty insurance, adult learning and/or administration, instructional design, performance improvement or organizational development experience.
  • In lieu of a degree a minimum of five years’ of relevant work experience in a professional setting, property casualty insurance, adult learning and/or administration, instructional design, performance improvement or organizational development experience.

Preferred skills

  • Three or more years of instructional design experience, with the ability to create and implement reinforcement activities to ensure learning transfer.
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership to influence and drive organizational change and skill integration.

Compensation

  • $85,000 – $105,600/year
  • Annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
