About the Position:
The Pharmacy Supply Specialist is responsible for managing and executing outbound calls to pharmacies across the United States to inquire about the availability and stock of medications. This role involves acting as a key liaison between our organization and various pharmacies to ensure timely and accurate information regarding medication supply, contributing to the efficient management of medication distribution and patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls related to pharmacy services as required.
- Verify stock and supply levels for rare medications and prescriptions.
- Provide clear and professional communication to clients.
- Record and report call outcomes accurately.
- Follow up on calls as needed.
