Role Description:
**Requirements**:

– Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
– Knowledge of Office Administration skills preferred
– Effective Communication (oral and written) skills
– Customer Service and people skills
– Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
– Able to work in a fast-paced office environment
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
– Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR is a plus
– Knowledge of recruiting platforms, job boards, and social media recruiting
– Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with others

Job Responsibilities:

– Assist in verification and preparation of the necessary salary details for payroll processing
– Coordination of documents and workflow between respective departments within the company and respective partners
– Seek out talents with suitable needs for the company and our clients
– Ensuring any outstanding documents and admin matters are handled in a timely manner
