Fitting Specialist

1. Assist customers in finding the perfect fit for their athletic footwear by measuring their feet and providing expert advice on sizing and styles.
2. Share extensive knowledge of PUMA products and brand with customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with customers, building relationships, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
4. Keep up-to-date with current trends and styles in sports and fashion to accurately guide customers in their purchase decisions.
5. Maintain a clean and organized fitting area, including ensuring all sizes and styles are readily available.
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.
7. Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
8. Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the PUMA values of diversity, inclusivity, and empowerment.
9. Attend product training sessions and stay informed on new product releases to be able to effectively assist customers.
10. Uphold all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, handling cash and credit transactions, maintaining inventory accuracy, and following safety protocols.
