Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Technical Designer to help shape and bring to life a next-generation, multi-platform AAA game. This is a critical role where you’ll collaborate with a passionate design team, leveraging your expertise to guide, mentor, and elevate others while pushing the boundaries of game design.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Mentor: Use your expertise in Unreal Engine to guide fellow designers, ensuring the team adheres to best practices and enhances their technical skillset.

Innovative Problem Solving: Proactively troubleshoot challenges, delivering creative and practical solutions that move the project forward.

Create & Optimize: Develop maintainable, robust content and features in Unreal Engine/Blueprint, constantly refining workflows and toolsets.

Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with design and development teams, writing design specifications, reviewing with stakeholders, and making data-driven adjustments.

Qualifications

Expertise in Unreal Engine (Blueprint, UMG, Animation Blueprint, and gameplay systems).

Strong grasp of 3D math fundamentals.

Proficient in C++ programming.

2+ years in a technical design role, with at least one title shipped using Unreal Engine.
