Position: Customer Experience Intern (Coimbatore, Work from Home)
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure seamless interactions with our clients and candidates.
Assist in managing customer inquiries and feedback through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
Contribute to the development and implementation of customer engagement strategies.
